Does anybody know how to turn off that ‘User Tool’ thing in the right upper corner?

Sure.

1) Login to admininstrator area

2) Go to Extensions > Template Manager

3) Select JA_Kulanite and click edit (or just click on template name)

4) On the right hand side under Parameters at the bottom of the panel there are options for this feature under the heading of “Template’s Tools”.

5) You can hide the component completely (Show Component – Yes/No) or choose any variation of controls to show or hide in that area.
