No, I tried to change the module with the custom html module, and I set the position to user4. and still it doesn’t move to the right. 🙁

November 14, 2011 at 10:36 am #424570Have you looked at the module position placement panel in the admin backend and made sure the template you are looking at is set to JA minisite and not one of the other templates available, it’s caught me out more than once?
Also please look at attached screenies now I installed minisite locally to test. Have you made your selection on what pages for it to appear on?
Also if you have chosen POSITION 4 and not user 4 it will not show as position 4 belongs to another template.

.</blockquote>You are misunderstanding how the USER MODULES work.
Here is a look at ALL module positions for the Minisite Template
http://www.joomlart.com/demo/#joomla17-templates.joomlart.com/ja_minisiteUSER Modules are not static positions. USER Modules collapse cleanly from right to left if there is nothing in a module to the left of it.
The ONLY way to have USER4 appear in the far right column is to have something filling the positions of USER1, USER2 and USER3USER positions are different than RIGHT positions which you may be thinking of.
Hope that helps.
Have fun!
