OK the easy way to do this is create a new module and just put a line of text in it Set title to show; Publish it and set it to USER5.
ok now lets copy this module, click on the circle to the left of it and press copy at the top of the page.
now go into the copied module rename it and do the same again add a line of text set it to user5 and publish.
now lets do that one more time copy, rename, add text, set to user5 show title as on and publish.
So we now have three modules with a simple line of text all with titles showing all set to user5 and all published.
set them all to the same page and check its visable. if is it go and edit them to how you need them 😉
