Unfortunately in my case user9 position is doubled (it apperas only in 2(?) modules). The first (general) is fake and second one is working.:confused:

OK, you can take a look in file ja_teline_iii/templateDetails.xml
In that file all positions of template are defined:
search for:

<position>user9</position>

Probably it is there 2 times.
It should read:

<position>user9</position>
<position>user10</position>

Hope it solves your problem.
