Users with iPhone 7 can see the video section.. other smartphones can’t see the video.
Any ideas ?

Can u post the URL of site, On demo site the module is hidden for small devices and does not visible.

I can see the video in the demo also in the demo

I am not using Iphone7 but i tested the demo site in Chrome Dev tools
And in online simulators too: http://prntscr.com/e52uhx
its not showing the video module.

Its true, but this thing happens only with iphone 7… cant understand why

Checked on both iPhone 6 and 7, chrome browser. The video loads in the player as the site loads but the video module is not seen in the mobile view. The video failed to load in android.

Please get us screenshots of what you get to see on iphone 7 and other smartphones. That would help the tester to undertake testing and we can debug the issue.

Thanks for your Patience on this issue.
Development team fixed the problem and the fixed will be added in the upcoming version of template.
You can apply the fix with steps below:
Open the file in templates/ja_appolio/js/script.js
Find and comment the line below (Line 60)

$(document).on('touchstart', videoplayed);

Save and check.
