I want to use swf file instead of gif or jpg on mega menu position mega6 for an advertisement, i try to select swf file on custom html module on that section but did not work, is there any way to show swf on mega6 menu as an advertisement?

You cannot simply insert an swf file as you would a jpg or gif image.
It needs a full embed code to use in a module – or it needs a player component such as JWPlayer or AllVideos.

If you look at the TelineIV demo – the “HOT VIDEO“, seen halfway down the page on the right, is produced by the following Embed code – taken from YouTube – and placed in a Custom HTML module:

Once you’ve got the code you need…placing it in the MEGA6 position is a cinch!
