Hi all,

I want to use image instead of the ja-newsflash section. I believe it is user5 section.
is that possible in this design?

Hi
you can edit index.php(templates/ja_mageia/ folder)
Search those lines:

<div id="ja-newsflash">
<jdoc:include type="modules" name="user5" style="xhtml" />
</div>
That is code get module from user 5 position(here is Ja newflash)
You can remove them, add image as you want, or user a module image at user 5 position replace for Ja newsflash module

I added the image tag

<jdoc:include type=”modules” name=”user5″ style=”xhtml” />
<img src=”images/logo2.jpg” />
</div>

this worked. Is this the correct way? I’m thinking if I add more pages would the image still be there?

or the module image is the more correct way to do this?

if you add image here, that image will display att all page,if you use image module, you can config what meny you want to show that image
