I’m using the mega menu for the main navigation at the top, and it’s working great.
I want to add a footer menu that uses one of the available menu systems.
I can add a joomla menu module to display the menu, but I need it to be hierarchical (with pulldowns or another menu bar or something).
It seems that adding a little code in the right spot will take care of this, but I’m not sure of the right spot. And it doesn’t have to be configurable to the admin, it’d be OK if the menu type and menu system were hardcoded.

You may wish to try out this menu system here::

October 29, 2010 at 8:46 pm #361071Thanks for the quick reply and for the link.
I was hoping to keep things simpler by using functionality that’s already in the template rather than adding new functionality. It seems like editing (or adding) a new block or something should take care of it, but I’m new to T3.
Is there an option to use the existing functionality?

October 31, 2010 at 4:37 pm #361187oh, that’s too bad. It’d be nice if the included menus were modular, but guess that’s not up to us.
