    Hi,

i´m just playing with the applying. All works fine, except, when i´m trying to send a stored cv i get the server error:

Warning: fopen(/…mysite…/images/stories/jbuploads/applications/20100108040124testhans resume 160.pdf) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/web9/html/libraries/tcpdf/tcpdf.php on line 3093
TCPDF error: Unable to create output file: /..mysite../images/stories/jbuploads/applications/20100108040124testhans resume 160.pdf

    Is this a permission error?

    Thank you

    Hi there,

Sorry for letting u wait so far.

Please try to reset permission for images/stories/jbuploads/applications to 777, and check again the above function.

If the error reoccurs, kindly provide me the FTP access again for closer look as I can not access anymore.

    Hi,
i had exact the same problem, just found it today.
So the problem was, that i didnt had the folder “applications”, wonder why. After creating it manually with 755 rights, it worked for me.

Anyway, im not able to open this generated pdf file, adobe tells me that there is an error…

    Cheers
    Nick

    Hi Nick,

<blockquote>im not able to open this generated pdf file, adobe tells me that there is an error…</blockquote>

To solve the above issue, kindly check permission for folder on your server.

I am getting the same warning.

Already created the “applications” directory and set permissions to 777 to no avail.

    Still getting the same warning.

    Please advise/help.

My hosting service says I have a problem with the slashes between directories.
    See the warning:

    Warning:

    fopen(/home/xxxxxxxxx/public_html/xxxxxxxxximagesstoriesjbuploads/applications/20110619060631jose-da-

silva_resume_81.pdf) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in

    /home/xxxxxxxxx/public_html/xxxxxxxxx/libraries/tcpdf/tcpdf.php on line 3093

How can I have that solved?

    Thanks,

    Vinh,

It seems to have solved the issue.
The warning is no longer being shown and the PDF is being generated and sent to the Employer.

    Thanks,
