    To set Charset = utf-8 as default, please open templates/ja_dravity/index.php and add this code
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />

    after <head> tag.
    Goodluck.

    The charset is set within the language you use. You could find and change the charset inside the language pack you are using.
