    Hello,

Note: This is a generic question (and won’t require a specific site to understand.

In the current format of the Frontpage module, there is a section where you have to specify the sizes of the feature news. One problem with a “fixed” size, is that this will nnot allow for proportion size redution or magnification of the image that will be compatible with the image specific format – either verticle, horizontal or square.

Is there a way to allow variable sizes of images for the Frontpage module. For example, if I have three (3) Featured News

    Featured news 1
image size: 450×600 => vertical image

    Featured news 2
image size: 550×300 => horizontal image

    Featured news 2
image size: 450×450 => squarel image

Note that the images that I want to appear, as shown have totally different sizes. The alternative would be to have a fixed with, e.g., 550px (w) BUT the the height will proportionally change (variable height) with respect to the specific width of the image specific format – either verticle, horizontal or square.

    Thanks.

Happy New Year to you too Chris. I have been very busy trying to find money to cover my losses in the stock market, and all sorts of stuff. And, I have to pay more taxes for them too. They are long term investments but like everyone else, even non-speculators have been hard hit. Only the bankers and wall street people “earned” money (US$18 billion in bonuses) here in the US — even if they mishandled our money.
