Hi JoomlArt Team!
I seem to have continuous errors (this happens on several templates that I’ve installed) updating JA Extensions utilizing the JA Extension Manager (and as well when trying Joomla’s core updater).
The following updates are showing as available in the Joomla Core Update Manager
JA Builder Component
Installed – v1.0.5
Available – v1.0.6JA Builder System Plugin
Installed – v1.1.1
Available – v1.1.3Plugin JA Content Type
Installed – v1.1.1
Available – v1.1.2- see attached JR-JA-Update-Errors-1.png
According to JA Extension Manager, Plugin JA Content Type is already current at v.1.1.2
Clearing the Joomla does not resolve this problem 🙁
On to the Joomla Extension Manager
I’ve updated the Service to JoomlArt Updates and entered my username/password.
When I try to use the JAEM to update com_jabuilder, I get the response "Your account does not have enough permission to take this action."
I would like your help to ensure that
1) all the JA extensions are current; and
2) incorrect error messages/update messages are cleared from the system. Thanks in advance for your assistance on this!
Best,
Nick121

January 4, 2018 at 9:12 am #1084722Hi Pankaj
Please see the new image attached. This is the error I received when trying to install JA Builder following the directions you’ve provided in your response.
I’ve also configured JA Extension Manager (and reset my password as per the ‘known bug’ listed at the bottom of the link you’ve sent).
I’m still getting all the same errors.
Can you kindly log in to the site and see what’s causing the errors?
Thanks,

January 4, 2018 at 1:44 pm #1084782Hi Pankaj
The U/P’s are reset (they are same). I just tested them and they should work fine now.
Thanks again,
