May 12, 2007 at 2:38 am #120209I have seen on this forum a few times that people have said it’s impossible to intergrate vbulletin and joomla and have the same skin.
Well, I’m here to tell you that I spent about an hour last night tweaking my localhost site and I’ve been able to intergrate it together into the one system.
The point of this post is to tell you that if you really want it done you can do it. I’m not the best coder around but it’s basically a copy and paste job… and that I wanted to show off 😀

May 12, 2007 at 1:46 pm #219963Why bother with vbulletin? 🙂 Isn’t Fireboard just as good? Just wondering.
Even so, GREAT work MiCCAS!!! Keep it up and please post the result in the hidden parts of this forum, so only special people like myself can access it. 😀

Hey Erik
I have to agree special ppl like Erik and I ( Members of the month) should have exclusive access to this information, more incentive for others to become members of the month:DErik, we can start a MOTM club now? we’ll have to think of a new word for the week as well, the share thread is slow

haha, well I’m actually surprised it didn’t take as long, but I might write up a proper component or something so it’s easier for you guys to do it.
Basically what I had done was edit the header and footer, insert the codes from the template. Then change the fonts to make it look the same as Joomla. And, last but not least include some things in the headerinclude and the CSS parts that were required.
July 7, 2012 at 1:08 pm #460146Please, I wonder if you guys have any tutorial on how to make the integration of JA_Puritii (JAt3) to VBulletin, you guys have any videos or tutorial for this integeracao, I await the answer. Eves Santa Cruz.

July 9, 2012 at 8:29 am #460309Hi xleves,
You could go to JED and find an extension (module/component) to integrate vBulletin to Joomla site or post a small project to http://www.joomlancers.com/, developer here will help you.
