why nobody answers my topics ??

As you can see, all of the posts have been generated to support ticket already. If a post is generated to a ticket, the ticket ID will be displayed beneath the post. Eg: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/making-mobile-version-rtl-2/ the ticket ID is NLU-981-96722
We do that in order to ensure that would not miss any unresolved issue on forum. However, since we always have very lots of tickets on beginning days of week so sometimes some tickets are not solved in time. In this case, we do appreciate for your patience, the staff will rush to resolve all asap tomorrow.Thanks for your understanding!

Ismael</blockquote>I actually have to dissagree with you on this. JA has a very very good support considering the number of users and number of templates they provide support for. Just think logically and before putting support ticket up try to see if community can answer your problem.
I for one have found community to be very helpfull and i found all answers in the forums so support tickets should be probably used as last resort.All in all i have to say support here has allways been fast and on the point.

I am sure, we community members all join hands to support each other.
