I have been using Joomlart Templates Since More than 3 years,
i never used to have any severe issue with your templates, and usually i have managed to solve my problems on my own without contacting you.
i have been using your service for different clients from several accounts.
I am having an issue with one of my templates, i have opened a ticket since more than 48 hours with an URGENT flag, as my website is online, and i am facing problems with students.
i got a single reply after 24 hours that did not solve my problem!!!!, i replied directly, still till now no reply!!
i have opened a thread in the forum, i got a single reply stating that my website is not using the template and that i didnt have opened a ticket (Eventhough i did before 24 hours from opening the thread).
Why do u charge for premium support while we have to wait for 2-3 days for our problems to be solved?
When we say it is an urgent matter, it means it is URGENT!!!!
I am Really disappointed with this!
You have faboulous designs and templates, but with such a Support you wont have too much returning clients!!!
