Hey,
I have just upgraded my Joomla and changed template to JA Erika. Suddently my VirtueMart does not work. :((
The whole process in buying is working correctly, but when it must go to the payment site, it stops on a empty page.
I receive the mail about the order, but of course never the mail about the transaction on the creditcard.

Can someone help – im desperat!

Have you configured it in regards to your payment processor again after changing your template?

Everything works – right up til the point were it shall open a pop-up with payment.

If I change template it works just fine, so the problem is somewhere between JA_Erika and VirtueMart.
My webmaster suggests the there can be a Javascript conflict?

If it would not sound like a joke I would say “Have you checked if you have your pop up blocker turned on” but I suppose this is not the issue…

I use a lot of NON-VM Templates with VM and always used the Mesolite as basis or a QS for Joomla only adding the VM later and there were never script conflicts, until now. For the most I still have to set up the payment systems indeed but my Mesolite VM with Rochea Template works fine.

As you mention, what do you use, simple pay pal or another provider?

Its a Danish company.
But I do not believe that the problem is outside my site, due to the change of template makes everythin work.
