    I have a new site, http://www.jonas-christy.com and it works fine in mozilla, but in IE7 right and user5 refresh very very slowly. If you leave the screen for a while, it is OK, but then the problem is there again once you scroll up or down. Is there a solution to this? I’m sure there must be, but can anyone help?

    Hi hainn84. I was just looking at another post, http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/i-want-to-remove-this-search-box-and-make-the-menu-wider/#post-281411 and there is a comment from swemmel with a picture of a problem just like the one I have. It loads fine, but then as soon as I scroll this happens, also in the position user5.

    The solutions from mfcphil did not work for me, but that is maybe because it was for the menu. I asked him too, but wanted to at least show you what the problem looks like. Since others have it too, maybe it is not just the internet here or the browser?

    Somone else had a similar problem in post

    But this was in menu. So I tried to use that code in mine and it worked. I don’t really know why or how, but it does. I could not use exactly the same as you, but I entered width: 99%, in my template.css file like this

    div.module-postit div div div {
    background: url(../images/box-postit-tl.gif) no-repeat top left;
    width: 99%;
    }

    The Post-it module is one I made myself, and this is the css for that module. I tried entering the width: 99% at the other div’s but that did not work right, but this one did. I am really happy it does and it was causing me a head ache.

    If you or anyone can explain why this happened and why this helped it would be good, so that I can not only get it fixed, but also learn from this. At least the problem is solved!:):D:)
