I consider your(this) forum very clumsy, confusing, inefficient and unprofessional. I consider you guys to be tech experts but such a dismal show when it comes to providing solutions to your customer. You have a lot of room to improve..!!

1. The response time is very slow.
2. The template design is very confusing and keep on producing the same problem again and again..
3. Admins are less vocal about the problem solution
