    Hi,

Please advise why I cannot see the “form.search {” style reference in firebug css editor when running through your tutorial?

I am stepping through your tutorial “Making a Joomla! template in 30 minutes…”. At around the 9 min mark the instruction is to click on the <form class=”search” HTML in firebug and then edit the form.search style in the CSS edit window.

The problem is that form.search is not showing. The first css style shown is from the addon.css file. (see attached image capture1.png). In your tutorial the video is showing “form.search” in the css editor window, which you then edit to add a search icon.

Have tried selecting different parts of the html and browsing through the source code but cannot work out why this css style is not showing.

I am running the tutorial with JAT3 1.5 quickstart.

    What your tutorial is showing…

    What I see…

    Mark.

    Hello,

to see the correct file to edit the form.search { } and other css files for template

you need to goto admin login -> template manager -> Your template -> Global – >

Css & Javascript Compress -> Optimize CSS set – “No” .

So that you can see the correct files to modify and not the

    compressed version.
