Hi,
I currently needed to change the video and I followed the documentation and changed only the image and the youtube link, yet now it goes 404 not found.
This is what I could find on my ‘/html/mod_custom/video.backgroud.php’ in the first attachment and what left of my code after I click Save in the second attachment. The third is what I put in my code.
Could you tell me what went wrong?

February 25, 2016 at 10:59 am #890227Hi
Kindly make sure you have added the module suffix : row-feature-full row-feature-video
in module options and use video Background in Alternative layout option. Here is code of demo site and its working fine on my localhost site .
<div class="video-shuffle-wrap"> <div class="video-shuffle" data-js-view="video-shuffle"> <div class="mask"> </div> <div class="content"><div class="inner"> <h3>Amazing video background</h3> <p>Metus congue sodales vestibulum tellus eu Vivamus montes Pellentesque Cum pretium. Tellus metus nunc vel eu penatibus augue nibh id cursus consectetuer.</p> <a id="btn-play" class="play-video" href="javascript:void(0);">Play video</a> </div></div> <img class="poster" src="images/joomlart/videos/poster.png" alt="" /> <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/qr1znPlfOxc" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> </div> </div>
Set the default editor to None from global config. before editing custom html module .
if still some issue Kindly edit your first post and submit your site super user details for staff with module details .February 25, 2016 at 11:19 am #890230Hi,
Thanks for the quick response. I did what you mentioned about the global configuration, the module suffix and the alternative layout option, followed everything on the demo site and it’s still now working. I have 1 more question though:
Why is part of the code always disappearing after I click save? Like the href="javascrip:void(0);" and the code of the ? Details see the 2 attachments up. Is it normal?
Here in the attachment is what google inspect tells me.Again, thanks

February 25, 2016 at 1:10 pm #890266Hi
Kindly provide the site details and module details where u publish it , so i can help u in this case .
Its very hard to assume the issue without details .February 25, 2016 at 3:27 pm #890325Hi,
It just so happened that by changing the editor, it worked. I don’t have the No Editor option so I changed to the CodeMirror and made the changes and they stayed.
Thanks for your support, if it weren’t for you I wouldn’t think of going to change the Editor.
Again, thanks 🙂
