I have the allvideos plugin which works nice, but how do I place latest video into user 5 position to show on front page as it is the demo?

This may help if your video are on youtube Just create new module video user 5
then copy the code <obeject>…………………….</object>
that is in you tube to your editor on the bottom.

No thing I did underestand what was said here! Where is mambot defined for <obeject>…………………….</object> s. What is “your editor” and “you tube”. Coudl you be specific if you want to be helpful. Thanks Turgut

Turgut,

I have the ‘All Videos’ plugin also.

You need to go to ‘site modules.’

Create ‘New Module.’

Give the module a title. I named mine Video.

Select ‘user 5’ for position.

Make sure ‘yes’ is selected for mambots.

In the custom output, you place your video with the appropriate tags (you need to refer to the All Videos reference for this). For example, if you want to show a Youtube video; you will use {youtube}id code here{/youtube}. Substitute ‘id code here’ with the youtube video id.

The editor I use is JoomlaFCK. You can see the result at: foundationoflights.org

Thanks for that info…one question: What Master video size’s are you using? The stock size of 400 width and 323 height is to big. Your fits perfectly and I do not want to mess mine up.

That said, I followed the instructions you gave Turgut and Edch but I’m getting the following ERR_MSG:

Warning: preg_replace() [function.preg-replace]: Unknown modifier ‘0’ in /home/ramadjic/public_html/ramadji/mambots/content/plugin_jw_allvideos.php on line 201

Has anyone encountered this warning before? Can someone please tell me what I’m missing here?

Thanks. I am glad that you like the website.

As for the error, I am not sure what that is nor do I know how to solve it. Maybe you can go through the steps again to see if you did anything differently or overlooked anything. I know that many of my errors occur because I may have overlooked something small.
