Meanwhile I managed to run the video from the homepage but Mwinda-TV on top navigation does not work

I solved the problem on your site because Featured Videos and [Videos] List do not assign with Mwinda_TV page. I helped you to config it from backend site

Now, you can see it’s working fine on your site.
