Hello,

It appears the mp4 video on my site is not displaying in IE8 – is there a workaround for this?

Hi @gvenditti,

Unfortunately, the IE8 browser is pretty old and almost all extensions are not designed to work with it anymore. As you can see in official Microsoft website, the recommended version is 11 so please try with the latest one instead.

Thanks Adam – yes I know IE8 is an outdated browser, was just curious if you had a workaround for the video to display. It does display everywhere else just fine.

Hi there
You can use flash player play video on old browser.
But that’s bad practice case.
