    Hi
    How are you showing this menu item?
    Becuase it is loading the homepage of the site in the iframe code that should not be like this.
    Have you applied any custom changes for this?

    Regards

    This is the line of code I use for all my videos
    {jamedia src="https://youtu.be/_VxWsLwkUPc" type="video" mtype="youtube" title="Life Changer" width="650" height="365"}
    Using the HTML Media plugin attached to the article editor.
    I followed that of the demo but Still nothing shows apart the website in a frame.
    What is the solution to correct that

    Hi
    I checked the issue its due to the av tracklist is not ready for Joomla3.8.2 and PHP7,
    i changed the PHP version to 5.6 and you can see the test article I added is working now
    For the now either you have to use this version OF PHP or you can add the iframe code directly into the article,
    I will also raise this bug to the development team.

    Regards
