Hi there,

I am having trouble figuring out how the demo has a nice picture in the video module on the front page. Mine has a colorful background and what looks like a broken link to an image. I tried changing videos to another one and it still does the same thing.

I attached a picture of the demo and mine so you can understand better.

Hi there

You are using outdated versions of JA ACM Module and template , using Ja Extension Manager update all Joomlart extensions you have on your website.

Hi Pavit,

I updated it and all the other extensions. Thanks for letting me know. However, instead of the broken link, it changed the picture just a bit in the top left corner of the video. However, it still doesn’t look like the demo. Do you have any other ideas?

Hi there

I switched youtube url from your url ( youtube=NH7Ax287DcY ) to the demo url ( youtube=qr1znPlfOxc ) and as you can see from image below it is working fine.

I think your video has issues generating preview image , i can suggest to reupload and let youtube manage the preview image.

Hi Pavit,

The only video I can get to work is yours. I did what you did and it is the only Youtube video that seems to pick up the thumbnail. I tried several different videos from just random people and none work.

When I first started editing the website, I actually had it working correctly. We were trying to change some settings and then it went away. Since then, I have reinstalled the module and updated it, but it is still not showing. Could it be that I did an override on a code somewhere?

I noted you have also a copy of acm folder into your /local folder so when you reinstall it it is not overwritten

Hi there, We were actually trying to change the background image of the text box to the left of the video. After playing with it, the video dissappeared. I am not entirely sure what was changed because I thought we changed it all back. It has been several weeks as well since we were in the files. What do you recommend to do to see if any codes were changed?

So I just talked to my partner who actually has been playing with this module. He said a few weeks or so ago he did a complete reinstall of the entire template. He said that the module didn’t work correctly directly after the reinstall. Any ideas?
