Hello, I’ve been using JA Mono template and there are 2 issues:
1) With JA Masthead I have uploaded some mp4 videos in some menu items which show fine in desktops/laptops but are not showing at all in mobile devices. For example see the "Who we are" menu. How can this be fixed? Changing themplate parameters to solve this from i.e. ThemeMagic interface results in losing all customization I have done regarding CSS and I need to upload a backup of the templates/ja_mono folder, as I cannot revert changes.
2) Menu is not showing fully in mobile devices. I get only the first ones from the top and then there is no scroller to move to the bottom and see more menus. Is that normal?

Hi

Could you send me the URL of menu item where the masthead is not showing?

For the menu in mobile, it doesn’t show the scroll, you just tap the screen and scroll down as normal.

OK, there are mp4 videos set in masthead module in several menu items, for example here ("who we are" menu item):

These show fine in desktop but not at all in mobile devices.

I check with my iPhone device but the video is showing but the point here is in mobile device, the video will not play automatically. This is common coz disabling the auto play feature will be better for site performance in mobile view.

Sorry but I don’t quite understand. I can confirm that videos don’t play in android devices. I don’t get the autoplay feature you mention, there is no option to set any autoplay or not in the module. In any case, can this somehow be solved or do I need to drop this video functionality for mobile view?
