Hi, hopefully someone can advise on how best to set the JA University Template to be displayed on mobile devices. At the moment when I view our site hwww.berwickacademy.co.uk on a mobile device it displays to a certain point and then there is a message:

"Notice: Cant identify browser version. Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Mobile Windows Phone 8.1; Android 4.0; ARM; Trident/7.0; Touch; rv 11.0; IEMobile/11.0; Nokia; Lumia 920) like iPhone OS 7_0_3 Mac OS X AppleWebKit/537(KHTML, like Gecko) Mobile Safari/537"

I would appreciate any advice on this issue.

    Kindest Regards

    Eddie

    Hi

Would be possible for you to answer to this post as private reply and add a temp super user account for your backend so we can take a look at your configuration ? Because i cannot replicate your issue on local installation of the template.

    Hi there

I checked your settings and issue and looking at it on mobiles ( iPhone and iPad ) it happens with Google Chrome browser and not on Safari

I can suggest first to upgrade your T3 Framework plugin to the latest version released , your website is running on a very outdated version , and also update template version to the 1.0.6 released then you can verify if problem happen again

    P.S.

First to make any update take a full website backup
