Hi, after the JA Rent Quickstart installation I cannot access the VikRentCar component, I receive a 1054 error (Unknown column ‘nominative’ in ‘field list’ SQL=SELECT id,custdata,status,idcar,ritiro …..) also I receive the 1054 page error when I make a search with the VikRentCar Search Module.

Hi,

After installing quickstart package of JA Rent template, you need to install Vikrentcar component and its module then import sample data as guideline here: https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-templates/ja-rent#quickstart-installation

I have already done this! Please read at least my problem instead of posting an irrelevant answer. If it is not obvious for you, I make it clear that I have followed step by step the guideline and I already bought and installed the last version of Vikrentcar. I cannot however access it as you can see from the screenshot. Also, the Joomla database table structure is up to date.

Obviously, the JA Rent Quickstart installation was built for previous version of Joomla therefore there are some problems now (I apologise if I am wrong). The JA Rent Quickstart was installed based on the guideline and tested in various environments, however I still have the aforementioned errors. On the contrary, I do not report the problems when installing the template and the Vikrentcar component on
a fresh installation of J 3.6.5.
