Hi

As I can see from homepage of your site, the search module doesn’t contain style as our demo site. Please make sure that you assign module to correct position and add module class suffix for it. Here is screenshot of backend settings for this module in our demo site, you can set the same:

Note that you need to add a space before class suffix name.

In case, there is still no go, you can send me the Admin login info so I will have a look.
