Hello,
After your last update for the template and vikrentcar my cars list shows up like the screenshot i have attached. Car details hide the picture of the car.

hello,
Im also facing another problem i just noticed. if you use the search engine on homepage in english language everything is fine but when i switch to another language (greek or italian in my case) after clicking on find cars on result page search cars sidebar is disappeared and if you continue to make a reservation and complete the steps there is no confirmation for the client no summary nothing just an empty page. i you use cars list though at any language everything is still working fine. why is that? why so many problems? do i have to wait for 10 days again for an answer? i need to get the site online as soon as possible.

It’s because in Module VikRentCar Search of other Language, you set Default Menu Item to ‘Choose cars’, this is Menu Item in English,you must choose to menu item of that Language.

For the error on Car list, we need more time to check this problem, if possible sent us FTP info of your site, it would help us find the solution soon.

templates/ja_rent/html/

Hi Luna,
Ive downloaded your files followed your advice but now everything is misaligned and when i hit cars list prices are fine(without vat like i selected) but when i use the search engine prices show up with the vat included(i definitely don’t want that). I’ve contacted e4j team and they said that there is an issue with your overrides. I have also attached a screenshot so you can see what i mean.
I finally solved the first problem that was my mistake, sorry about that.

but when i use the search engine prices show up with the vat included(i definitely don’t want that).

Post the URL of page where I can see the problem, and add more details to the capture show what part you don’t want to display.

If i choose cars list prices show up without vat (like i choose, like i want). If i use the search engine all prices show up with vat included. (i don’t want that, i want vat to show up on the last step of check out). From vikrentcar control panel I’ve already chosen show vat only on check out. Ive also contacted e4j and they said that its an issue with your template and your overrides.

You can try this solution below:
In file:

templates\ja_rent\html\com_vikrentcar\search\default.php

Change:

<span class="vrc_price"><?php echo vikrentcar::numberFormat($car_cost); ?></span>

to:

<span class="vrc_price"><?php echo vikrentcar::numberFormat($r[0]['cost']); ?></span>

Ok i did it total car cost is ok now but cost per day is still with vat included. I’m attaching a screenshot below. Cars list is still misaligned. I’m also attaching another screenshot. Look at the "Continue" buttons.
