The information is from the Virtualmart component. You should post the request on Virtualmart component support Here to disable any option in the component.

On demo site its Add to cart as i can assume it. If you are using any translation in VM.
Kindly check Virtualmart language files in componentscom_virtuemartlanguage folder .
All the language values are from the language files.
