    Hello,

    Thank you for helping:) Currently, my VM add to cart button and custom fields isn’t functioning properly. Also the VM frontpage that is assigned to the “catalog” menu button links to a blank page. I tried to fix the problems by downloading jquery easy, switching off the VM jquery, but it didn’t work. I would definitely appreciate some assistance with this. Thank you.

    Hi,

    1. First, please disable jQuery easy and re-enable VM jQuery because it might not compatible with VM.

    2. Please try to use default template like Beez in Catalog page to see if it works or not.

    Feel free to let me know when you have reverted the change so I might take a look at the problem for you.

    Hello Adam,

    I did as you suggested but the add to cart button from the homepage still isn’t working, and neither is the the catalog page. The only way I can get to the cart is by clicking details. I am also seeing, on the front end, an error that for the custom fields. I recently switched VM to catalog mode until I’m able to fix the issue and I disabled the catalog menu button. Using a another shopping cart ext. until we’re able to fix the vm cart. Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

    Whenever I navigate to Catalog page, I got a ‘500 Internal Server Error’ that means there must be a problem with your server or bad configuration in VM.

    In addition, switching to default template doesn’t solve the problem, I’m afraid that this is a problem with VM itself and you might want to submit a ticket to VM team for better assistant.
