I have Joomla 1.7 with JA Nex and Virtuemart 2.0.

I noticed that as soon as I activate the Virtuemart “Shopping Cart” module the Mega menu stops working.
The same with Virtuemart “Category” module.
    CSS menu works.

If I disable the VM modules, the Mega Menu works.
If I enable any VM module the Mega menu stops working (there is no drop down).

I have noticed some other modules (like SP Image rotator from a 3rd party) also stop working as soon as VM modules are enabled.

I am thinking of dropping VM as it seems to clash with multiple modules from several 3rd parties.

Anyone else notice this and know of a solution?

Hi, I think I also have a ticket from you so let’s deal with this here if it is your ticket.

    Hi Blaine,

No I did not submit any ticket.
But I don’t mind creating a ticket and providing login details if you want to take a look at the issue.

    Thanks

Can you first switch to a standard Joomla template such as BEEZ so we can see if this issue is due to the template or something else. Let me know if problem occurs in Beez also.
    Thanks!

If switch to a standard Joomla template is impossible working with mega menu. This option is only available with t3 framework template.
    Thanks!

Could you try going into the templates manager for your template and setting JS Optimization to “No”. Once you have done that clear your joomla cache and the JAT3 cache and see if the problem remains.
