    Hi,

    The Add to Cart Function is not working on this Template and the Cart Layout looks strange – see attchment.

    When I add a product to the Cart it doesnt show up in the Cart and when I click Checkout Now it states : There are no products in your cart. ??

    Please assist me with this issue Urgently – I will be happy to PM my site URL to you

    Hi synncom,

    Did you try to switch default template to another standard Joomla template like Bee5? and process to add to cart again, if problem still persists, it means there is something wrong with Virtuemart component, otherwise, it will be a problem from our template. I just tried to install quickstart of this template in my local and it functions correctly.

    I have Switched to the Suggested Template and it works fine – As I stated in my Ticket :IIM-763-77042 – I have checked this with a Developer and he also stated its a Template Problem.

    Do you not read before you post replies? I get the feeling Joomlart is seriously short of Support Staff and everybody is way too busy to actually support the people that pay for their Products!

    I have sent you FTP Details already and as above Notified you that I did!

    @ synncom : As we discussed in ticket message, our template developer has been working to update the bug fix of the stockable variant issue on JA Hawkstore template. You email is on my list, I will try to inform you as soon as possbile. Thank you !

    @ferdilebu: I had replied you with the solution of language file missing on Espanol language, and I saw you translated the texts successfully on your website. On the Add to cart issue has been raised yesterday’s evening, I need some time to check this error on your website, will come back with the detailed solution then. Hope you can wait for me. Thank you.

    You can not guide me for me to find the error? The server blocks me your country and engineers have told me that the answer will be given next week is too late! I have 10 clients who want to buy in my shopping.

    Can not you see the error via FTP? please give me a solution today.

    What plugins should I monitor? ?

    I can Confirm that this error was never Solved and I have used a Free template instead.
    It was disappointing to find that no solution was given at the time I needed it but I have moved on.

    This was in fact a template Problem because now that I have used a free template all problems are gone.

    I could not wait any longer for the promised solution and I know that this was in fact a Template Issue because now that I have used a free Template everything works fine.

    I’m about a week ago and they say once a day! I do not know that more editing, the problem is in the template without a doubt! I can not understand this template to bring so many problems.
