    Hi,

We just installed virtuemart and got the sample store set up for testing.

The thing is, we don’t see the checkout bar.

It appears to be set to show in virtuemart. Maybe this is a problem in Edenite?

    Thanks in advance.

Under the module settings, check if it shows that it is enabled for the page you wish to have it on, and make sure that the position is also available and enabled (e.g. the layout allows for it) on the page too.

When it still does not show up, it is nothing new that is still does not show up. I disabled this bliss of …. just because it does not show up anymore. This must be a bug or whatever in VM, in various ways of it’s nicy existence people complain that it suddenly disappears to the nothingness and anytime trying to click and solve the issue with re-enabling it, when it was enabled already, turning it off and on again in the admin or even make changes in the virtuemart.cfg.php directly, it still does not show up. Some people later came up with the idea it may be the access permissions of the files used, yet, others realized, it does not want to show up, also when setting all those that are related to this bliss of …. to even 777, it still does not show up.

I truly hope it was just the admin stuff that caused it not to show up in your store but do not wonder when it someday does not show up, anymore.

Mostly no way to get it solved, without some programmer to make a workaround, ask around.:) I simply turned it off…

It is not a module, it is a VM internal system, that can only be turned on or off in the VM admin plus one can decide how many checkout steps and what to show where. But it is not a module.
