I have two problems that I need help with. I am working on a pottery site. I am using Larix (Joomla 1.5) with Virtue Mart. So far everything is going great except for two things that I can not fix.
When you put an item in your cart there is a peek-a-boo effect happening. Please see the screenshot. Screen Shot #1
The problem is occurring in FireFox, Explorer and Safari.
Second, I can not seem to be able to find where I edit the confirmation page if an order has been placed. Here is what the page says:
Thank you for your order.
Your order has been successfully placed!
A confirmation email has been sent to: webmaster@joomlart.com
I have changed the site admin and the Virtue Mart email to my address and I still can not seem to be able to remove webmaster@joomlart.com. The email comes to me but has Joomla Art listed as the customer. Please see screen shot for explanation. Screen Shot #2

For the cart problem you should check in the settings of the cart module if you have any color settings there?
For the email, are you sure you have changed the admin email?

I’m going to check today to see if the cart image is not working because maybe it needs uploaded in other areas. :confused:
The admin email is still not working and my email address is listed throughout. I must be missing it somewhere but can’t find it!

To solve the cart, try using the shopping cart of shape5 (free)

Try to register a new user and take that user log into the site with and shop and checkout, what does it say then?
well, it looks like the white rectangle over my shopping cart remains a problem since I am seeing it on my site, exactly as described in the original post in this thread. Is the only answer to switch to Shape 5…. Really?
