Hello, I urgently need help. I am using JA Mesolite on my store website, and am having a couple of problems at Checkout. When I add items to my cart and Checkout, it says my cart is empty. I searched the VirtueMart forums and while many others had the same problem, I found no solutions. However, some forums suggest it may be template related, so that is why I am asking here. I have enabled cookies, cleared them, but do not know what else to do. Help? I’ll add any more information that you need to help me solve this problem. Thanks so much.

This is probably a VM thing, but if you suspect it may be the template you can switch to the default template to test.

I figured it out. It was indeed a Virtuemart setting. I went into the Store Configuration, under the Security tab, and next to Site URL and SECUREURL, “www” was not included in the URLs. When I added that, it worked fine. 🙂
