You can try with default Joomla template first and see whether the issue happens or not.

So this issue is not imaginable, it exists. I don’t know what are the reasons but it happens very often.
Did I mention that I’m using Safari browser and MacOS?
Anyway, if you want, I can show you the same issue on Windows OS and Firefox/IE/Chrome.

As you can see in my recording video, I’m also using Safari in MacOS.

Hello @saguaros, why are you reffering to your demo website?
There is a bug which does not appear in the protostar template. Kindly fix it on eveyn.com.

I think that something’s wrong with jquery and the ordering of the elements.
I think that the missing element has wrong "coordinates".

Our dev just updated a bit into the file: templates/ja_megastore/js/script.js

Change this one:

/* fix for IE-8 */
     setTimeout (function() {
       $('.isotope-layout .isotope').isotope();
     }, 3000);

To:

/* fix for IE-8 */
     setTimeout (function() {
       $('.isotope-layout .isotope').isotope();
     }, 5000);

I can check with popular web browsers only: Firefox, Chrome, Safari but it works properly as my record video.

Could you try with other PCs?
