Hi,
I installed virtuemart on my quartz template.
All is working fine except the order printing.

Whe you log on with your account and go to your profile to see in detail an order, when you want to print it you open the account home page in a popup.

All the other printing commands are working fine on the site.

Someone has an idea ?

you can log on front & back with:

and then from the front, visit your account, openn an order and try to print it…
Don’t place an order, the payment system is in place 😉 (except check if needed…

I could not detect this problem, the link of print order is a wroing, it missing some parameter so that it worked wrong:
current: ‘index2.php?&pop=1&tmpl=component’
Right: /index2.php?page=account.order_details&order_id=ORDERID&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=ITEMID&pop=1&tmpl=component

You try to check this code to print this link: did you modify its code?
pls post this to the forum of vituemart ,you ‘ll have many best solution to resove this

Hi,

I’ll try to creect the code…
but what is strange is that the link from the printer icon, is a variable and is the same for all virtuemart pages…
so why is it good for the product pages and not for the orders…

Do you know where is the php file used to present the printer icon ?

I’m sorry, i do not master on the virtue-mart component, pls try to keep contact with developers from the virtue-mart or post your issue on theirs t forum. i hope that you ‘ll get many solutions to resolve the problem.
