    When somebody uses the ‘Register & Checkout’ option in the Virtuemart shopping cart, the confirmation email is sent, but on clicking the link to activate the account, the customer is just taken to the home page and the account is not activated.

    Any suggestions on how to fix this.

    This is urgent as our customers are getting confused whether their orders have been placed correctly.

    Hi,

    Can you please switch the default template (JA Mixmaz) to another default joomla template so we can see if problem is to do with custom template style or Virtuemart component specific?
