I don’t have any filters in use, and whether groups or types are specified or not, I don’t see any voices in the list at all. Can see them on frontend, nowhere on backend. They are assigned OPEN and to a published forum. But Voice Manager doesn’t show them.

This appears to have been caused by Forums View Permissions. Documentation for this extension only states these permissions affect front-end viewing. However, they affect back-end viewing as well. So if you ONLY select “guest” or “registered” an Administrator will NOT be able to view them in the Voice Manager. Perhaps just update documentation to reflect this would help others.
