In the T3 plugin of joomla 1.5 I found always the GNU/GPL V2 license. In the new version for Jommla 1.6 there are a lot of files with a @license – Copyrighted Commercial Software advise.
I think also t3 for Joomla 1.6 is free and under GNU/GPL V2.
You forgot to remove the license mark?

Hi kreta,

Thanks for the notice, be assured T3 framework and T3 blank are GNU/GPL releases and will remain so forever. The headers will be updated in the next release.
