Hello,
I have a problem with my background. On the home page, I can add a background. I have copied the theme for the other side and there would have a different background. When I select an image and only that particular part assigns the background but does not appear.
What am I doing wrong?
thanks Chris

July 31, 2016 at 8:44 am #955373Hi there
Backend account provided above doesn’t works , also could you provide more details about your problem describing step by step how to reproduce it ?
August 1, 2016 at 6:09 am #955523Yes but it is not working properly. I have no idea what I’m doing wrong. I change codes in the custom.css or in the .less but not always, these changes become visible.
I have made some changes to my layout. For that I have described in the video to activate the developer mode and the data in the. less changed. Then I less pressed to css and the developer mode disabled. Unfortunately, no change has been saved. Although I Duplicate a theme and memory appears not on the server. Am I doing something wrong? I would like my layout stored exactly as it looks in developer mode.
So check again the login data.

August 1, 2016 at 10:26 am #955663Hi
After you pressed compile less to css button all your files are moved below /local folder , best way to work in this way is to disable development mode and css optimization and work directly with custom.css file in this folder: /templates/JA_Social_II/local/css/themes/features/
August 6, 2016 at 10:00 am #957477Hello
how can I all changes in my layout I have changed to now save as custom.css? All changes are visible only when I have the Developer mode enabled. Once I disable these are lost all changes. Moreover, I fear that if I do an update from the template or joomla that all changes are overwritten.
I have read the Dokumetation on your side but if I proceed according to these instructions will not work unfortunately.
According to the documentation I have .less create in css. I press the button but the files are not saved. I disable the Developer mode, and my theme is very different. I activate Developer mode, all changes are available again and my theme looks like I should like to it.
Many thanks for your help.

August 7, 2016 at 4:18 pm #9576291) You should disable development mode from backend template management
2) You are using a theme ( features) so your custom.css should go in /local/css/themes/features/ folder
as you can see from images below custom.css file is correctly loaded on your website
