want to add more fields to the contact form and rename it to contact us
Also i want all the 3 forms to open together , how to remove the drop down feature and make it static so when the page opens all 3 fields are visible.
Also how to change the Miscellaneous Information text to something else ??

Hi
You are using the default Joomla contact form with tabs style that works as you can on your site.
If you want to customise the core Joomla contact, I suggest you post the issue on Joomla forum about its customizations.
Also to add new fields you can check this thread.
