I have installed the Quaickstart-JA-Opal.
I get this error on every page (except the frontpage):

Warning: cannot yet handle MBCS in html_entity_decode()! in /home/.sites/110/site778/web/libraries/joomla/application/pathway.php on line 209

There are no Modules, Components etc installed except those from the Quickstart.
IE 8.

Problem solved:

It was a problem of PHP4 and Joomla 1.5.15.
I changed the …libraries/joomla/application/pathway.php
Now it works!
