‘warning failed to move file’1. I would like to know what might be causing this error
2. can I upload via FTP the sample file? what directory should I put it in?

The error might be caused by folder permission, you can try to change the folder permission of “imagesstoriesjbuploadsxml_import” to 7552. Can I upload via FTP the sample file? What directory should I put it in?
