When I try to save a sample xml file for import, I get an error message saying
‘warning failed to move file’

1. I would like to know what might be causing this error
2. can I upload via FTP the sample file? what directory should I put it in?

The error might be caused by folder permission, you can try to change the folder permission of “imagesstoriesjbuploadsxml_import” to 755

2. Can I upload via FTP the sample file? What directory should I put it in?

We store sample file to database, you can’t upload the sample file to store data.

This has been solved. It was the permissions of the file listed above.
