I guess that you modified or configured a wrong path:
you can see the path difference :
C:xampphtdocsalasktemplates ja_oresparams.ini

and
C:xampphtdocsalasktemplatesja_ores.v1.0.1htm lcom_contentarticledefault.php

I thinks you try to re-install the quickstart and start your customization again
