Hi
Can let me know the Joomla version, PHP version and Promo bar version you are using.
So i can replicate this issue on my side.
Its PHP warning due to PHP version you are using, you can set the error report to NONE from global configurations to hide this warning.

Joomla 4 is in the alpha1 and its stable released it yet to come.
Please wait for stable released to use it on Joomla 4.
Also to hide the warning kindly open the system > global config. > error report > None.

I shared the issue with the development team to check and fix it in the next update.
