HI,
on two of my main menu links I get the following warning when I click on them, instead of the pages they should produce:

Warning: require_once(/home/carat/public_html/CMS/components/com_mailto/helpers/mailto.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/carat/public_html/CMS/components/com_content/helpers/icon.php on line 42

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/carat/public_html/CMS/components/com_mailto/helpers/mailto.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/carat/public_html/CMS/components/com_content/helpers/icon.php on line 42

That icon.php file appears to be pointing to a directory that doesn’t exist???

“com_mailto” and “com_content” belong to Joomla core code. Please try to update your Joomla code for correction.

I tried updating my joomla and while it updated to the latest version, I also got the following errors, and it didn’t fix my problem either 🙁

Solved! Simple really – on inspection of the quickstart package, it seems that certain items in the components folder either weren’t unpacked or perhaps got deleted somehow when I was putting them on the server, so I just uploaded the missing component folders into the component folder structure on the server and all seems to be working fine.
