When I search my site (http://libroalibro.org), using the JA Teline search tool I got the following message:

Warning: sprintf() [function.sprintf]: Too few arguments in /hsphere/local/home/anaiveli/revista.libroalibro.org/libraries/joomla/methods.php on line 139

How can I correct that?

Ive heard about this error before, the search was working,but you got this error message, what was done was to update the frontend language files…

I do not understand what you mean Menalto. The update would solve the problem? Where can we get this update?
